Our only official website is salicedirect.com.

Fraudulent websites have been set up at salicedirect.shop and buysalicedirect.shop, copying our name, logo and product listings. They are not owned or operated by us, and they have no connection to AC Sissling Ltd or to Salice. Do not enter card details or personal information on either site.

How to check you're on our real site

Look at the address bar. Our store is only at salicedirect.com. Any other address using our name, whatever the ending (.shop, .net or anything else), is not us. Our sister sites are acsissling.com and homeanddistant.com.

The fake sites list the email address support@salicedirect.com. This is not a real address of ours and is not monitored by us. The only email address we use for this store is sales@salicedirect.com.

If you've placed an order on a fake site

Any order placed there was not placed with us. We haven't received it and we cannot fulfil or refund it. Contact your bank or card provider straight away, tell them the payment was made to a fraudulent website, and ask them to raise a chargeback. Most banks can recover payments reported quickly. We'd also encourage you to report it to Action Fraud at actionfraud.police.uk.

What we're doing

We've reported both sites to the relevant authorities, their domain registrar and their hosting provider, and we're working to have them taken down.
